Build a romantic Victorian-inspired look with a high-neck blouse or a sweeping high-waist skirt. The pictured blouses include two different designs: a front-ruffled style with gathered sleeves and frilled cuffs, and a lace-panel style with wider, layered cuffs and a ruffled lower edge. Choose by the option image, not color alone.
The skirts feature a broad waistband with three decorative front bands and gold-tone button accents, back lacing and a gathered lower flounce. Red appears burgundy in the photos; blue appears a muted dark blue. The supplier lists polyester fabric.
Blouses and skirts are sold separately: your selected option determines which piece you receive, not a complete outfit. Blouse options include white and black, while skirt options include red, blue and black. Similarly named blouse options may show different designs, so check the selected image before ordering. Display forms are not included.
Styling
Pair the blouse with a long skirt, or style the skirt with a high-neck blouse. Add your own accessories for Gothic or Steampunk styling, themed tea parties, Halloween, cosplay, stage performances and historical-inspired photoshoots.
Complete the Look
Add an oval portrait cameo ring for a tea-party or dark romantic costume. Choose a gold-tone frame to echo the skirt's button accents, or a black-framed design for a darker contrast.
