Step into a fantasy pirate-captain role with this women's red-and-black costume set. The polyester dress pairs a black bodice and red lace-up front panel with wide red cuffs, gold-tone shoulder trim and an asymmetric red skirt. A black-and-gold skull-print hip panel adds a bold finishing detail.
