A plain black crown and round, metallic-effect goggles give this costume top hat a clean steampunk look. The flat-topped silhouette has a narrow black band and a curved brim, while the removable goggles add a mechanical-fantasy accent without elaborate ornamentation.
Choose Silver or Gold for the silver-tone or gold-tone goggle finish; the hat is black in both options. The supplier lists polyester non-woven fabric and plastic components. Each order includes one hat and one pair of removable costume goggles in the selected finish. Wigs, clothing, jewelry and other photographed accessories are not included.
